Established in 2015, Barçon Cocktail Co. is a full-service bar catering company based in San Diego and serving all of Southern California. Barçon was founded on a simple notion:

Hospitality. Our team, and founders, are all daughters and son’s of the bar industry in some way. Barçon, a playful marriage on the phrase - ‘bar son’ and the French word for server- garçon, proudly stems from Sycamore Den in Normal Heights, San Diego.
